Dan Callahan, Training & Professional Learning Specialist
Dan Callahan is an award-winning educator in professional development and instructional technology. He currently works as a Training & Professional Learning Specialist for the Massachusetts Teachers Association, where he creates professional learning experiences for its 113,000 members. He also teaches as an adjunct faculty member at Antioch University, where he designed the curriculum for the Next Generation Learning graduate program for Instructional Technology. A co-founder of the Edcamp movement of unconferences, Dan served as the first Chair of the Board of Directors for the Edcamp Foundation. Dan previously taught in Upper Darby School District, PA, as a Special Educator and Burlington Public Schools, MA, as an Instructional Technology Specialist. He has lead dozens of workshops at conferences including ISTE, AASL, NWP, EduCon, and many regional conferences.
